Biography
B Praak’s journey is a testament to talent meeting perseverance. Born Pratik Bachan in Chandigarh, he was introduced to music from a young age — his father Varinder Bachan was a composer, which gave him early exposure to melody and studio life.
He started out as a music producer under the name “Prakky B,” but his early work didn’t get much recognition. In 2012, his life changed when he met the lyricist Jaani; together, they began producing music under the name B Praak.
Their first big success came in 2013 with the song “Soch”, sung by Harrdy Sandhu — composed by B Praak, written by Jaani. From there, B Praak composed for many Punjabi artists like Jassie Gill, Ammy Virk, Hardy Sandhu, and more.
